There is life in the written Word
only because it corresponds to the spoken and speaking Word.
God still speaks today.
We are surrounded by His voice for He spoke all things into creation.
Listen for His voice.
It’s all around.

There is death in Christ,
but there is also the resurrection.
As I die to my flesh this summer,
won’t You revive my Spirit.
Through this death, I come alive.

The more you draw near to the light,
the more your blemishes are revealed.
In the same way, the more I draw near to God,
the more my imperfections and flaws are shown.
Not because He wants to expose me and guilt me,
but because He wants to burn away everything that is not of Him.
We are called to a life of holiness
We are His representatives
